It is designed for operation mechanization of slag skimming from hot-metal ladle cars prior to pour iron into the mixer or into the oxygen converter and it is installed in steel melting shops or mixer departments.
The unit comprises two individual assemblies:
- deslagging machine;
- ladle tilting rig
